Before it acts, Blu Box checks each decision for risk, cost, impact and whether it can be undone. Low-risk work inside your limits goes ahead; anything risky, costly or hard to reverse comes to a person, with its reasoning attached.

Your choice. Private models on your own hardware, cloud models such as Claude, Gemini or OpenAI with your own API keys, or a hybrid of both with sensitive details masked. You can switch later without losing your agents or knowledge.

Yes. Blu Box acts through the tools your business already uses: WhatsApp, email, CRM, tasks, documents, calendar, social and your website. We start with what your first area needs and add more as you grow.

You decide where it lives. Private mode keeps everything on your own hardware. In cloud or hybrid mode, Blu Guard controls who and which agent may see what, and masks sensitive details before anything leaves.

Only if you choose cloud or hybrid. In private mode nothing leaves. In hybrid mode, sensitive details such as amounts, emails and phone numbers are masked before a question goes to a cloud model, and restored on your side.

No. Blu Box Cloud needs nothing on site. Blu Mesh can run it on suitable computers you already own. The Blu Box appliance is for businesses that need a dedicated, private device.

Proven AI hardware with Blu Box preinstalled, in three tiers. Lite is Mac mini M4 Pro class, for small offices, shops and clinics. Plus is Mac Studio or NVIDIA DGX Spark class, for companies, hospitals and banks. Enterprise is rack or multi-node and can run fully offline, for government and defence.
