How does it go live?
Plug, train, relax. We pick the first area with you and connect Blu Box to the tools you already use. It learns your business from your documents, numbers and prices, and you set its autonomy before it goes live.
How much does Blu Box decide on its own?
You choose, area by area: advise, approve, or autopilot within limits. In this pack we start from bookings: full autopilot; suppliers: approve. You can change it whenever you like.
Can it work with the systems we already use?
Yes. Blu Box connects to the tools you already use, and anything we build for you, such as the website, app or CRM, talks to it too.
Where does it run?
In Blu Box Cloud, on your computers, or on your own Blu Box: Lite, Plus or Enterprise. The AI brain can be private, cloud or both.
Will the design look like the sample?
The sample designs use fictional businesses. Yours is adapted to your brand, content and workflows.
